作者簡介

梁祖堯(演員 / 廚師)


  梁祖堯【演員/廚師】 舞台劇演員。憑《攣到爆》奪得2004至2005年度香港舞台劇獎最佳男主角(喜∕鬧劇)。2011年獲香 港舞台劇協會頒二十年「最入心男演員獎」。2009年被CNN選為香港20位最矚目的名人之一。2003年 成立「風車草劇團」,並為該團之創作總監。

  除了舞台劇演出外,祖堯亦是人氣廚師,其FACEBOOK專頁有超過十萬粉絲。現於 U - MAGAZINE 編寫 飲食專欄,在《信報》和《頭條日報》編寫文字專欄。ROADSHOW.HK主持了一季13集介紹港產新鮮 食材的飲食節目《原汁原味》。此外,他亦主持了(一季)有線電視烹飪節目《嚐。回味》。
